It is in the spirit of the words of our school song, that the MCDS community organically explores educational ideas, and then very thoughtfully, deliberately and responsibly plans how to incorporate best practices into school life at MCDS through the creation and adherence strategic plans. Our current educational initiatives are an outgrowth of Strategic Plan 2000 and 2006.
