PM

Marin Country Day School offers an after-school program (PM) for children in grades K-5 that provides a safe, caring, stimulating and playful space for your child.

PM offers a blend of structured and self-directed activities in an informal atmosphere. Activities may include indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, cooking, free play and informal sports activities. PM also provides time for homework, relaxation and exploration, along with a much needed snack.

PARTICULARS

PM begins on August 31st and ends on June 6th.
Hours are: Kindergarten
2:00 -6:15 p.m. Monday-Thursday
1:45 -6:15 p.m. Friday
1-5 Grade
3:00-6:15 p.m. Monday-Friday
6-8 Grade
5:00 - 6:15 p.m. Monday-Friday
(Please note: any student left on campus after 3:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. must sign into the PM Program.

EXTRA CARE

Extra care is for students who have not registered for regular days in PM, but who want to "drop in." In order to ensure proper staffing, we require advance notice either by phone or by written note the day of care by 10:00am or a "drop in" rate per hour rate will apply. If you are writing a note, please include all transportation details to help coordinate information between the classroom teacher, the PM Program and the Transportation Department.

STUDY HALL

Continuing this year a supervised mandatory study hall for all 5th graders will take place in PM from 3:35 -4:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Academic support and supervision for the students will be provided by a PM staff member. Students in grades 1-4 will have the option of participating in the study hall.
