Volunteering

MCDS could not exist without the time and talents parents have so generously shared over the years.  On average,  27,000 parent volunteers hours are committed to MCDS each year.

We are immensely grateful to all those who give willingly of their time and talents across a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, from helping in the library or lunchroom to driving for athletic events, providing “Teacher Treats” or working a Book Fair shift, serving on the Parent Board or a committee of the Board of Trustees.

We are grateful as well for the grandparents, alumni and alumni parents who volunteer at school for special projects or classroom activities.
